These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of services, information products, and goods related to AI devices, including smart household devices such as vacuum cleaners, air conditioners, cat water dispensers, and other essential AI-powered products.

4. Service Terms

Services include on-site and remote offerings. Scheduling is subject to availability. You may request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without a fee.

4.1 Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours but at least 24 hours before service may be rescheduled once without a fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before service or after service commencement are not eligible for refunds.

4.2 Refunds for Services

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 14 days of confirmation. Services that require specialist allocation or custom planning are non-refundable due to resource commitment and scheduling constraints.

5. Information Products

These digital items are delivered electronically after purchase. Access is granted immediately upon completion of checkout.

5.1 Refund Policy for Information Products

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. To qualify, you must not have downloaded or accessed the product beyond the preview. Requests submitted within the window will be processed within 7 days. Products consumed beyond the preview or requested after the window are not eligible for refund.

6. Goods

Goods include all physical AI devices sold through Auralis.

6.1 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary by location. You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.

6.2 Returns and Refunds for Goods

You may return unopened goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returned items must be in original packaging. Returns must be initiated via our support channel. Upon inspection, approved returns will be processed within 14 days to the original payment source. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is defective.

6.3 Defective Products

Defective items may be returned within 30 days at no shipping cost to you. We will provide a replacement or refund upon inspection.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auralis is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use or inability to use our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on auralispro.pro with a new effective date.
